Our 30-day guarantee

Scalp care takes a few washes. If Rootvo isn't working for you, email support@rootvo.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full — bottle open or not.

You don't need to send the product back. We'd rather you kept it or passed it on than paid to post a half-used bottle across the world.

Your legal right to cancel

Separately from our guarantee, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

To cancel, email support@rootvo.com stating that you wish to cancel your order, and include your order number. We'll confirm and process your refund.

If you cancel under this right, we'll refund the full order value including standard outbound delivery. We may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value if the goods have been handled more than was necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days of us confirming your refund. How quickly it appears depends on your bank or card issuer.

Cancelling before dispatch

If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us and we'll cancel it and refund you in full, no questions asked.
